At Debaugur, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our Order Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient for both our customers and our team. Please review the terms below carefully before placing an order.


1. General Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or activated.

Once your license has been delivered, downloaded, or activated — even partially — the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled under any circumstance.


2. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may be granted in the following situations:

  • The order was placed in error and has not yet been processed.

  • A duplicate order was placed unintentionally and confirmed within 30 minutes.

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable, and no suitable alternative is offered.

  • There is a verified technical issue with the transaction (e.g., billing mismatch or payment processing error).

  • The customer has not received a license key or product within 12 hours of purchase and has requested cancellation before fulfillment.


3. Ineligible Cancellation Situations

We do not accept cancellations under the following circumstances:

  • The product has already been delivered digitally (e.g., license key emailed or shown on screen).

  • You have downloaded, viewed, or redeemed the digital license.

  • You failed to read the product description or verify system requirements before purchase.

  • You mistakenly purchased the wrong product (e.g., Windows 10 instead of Windows 11).

  • You’ve changed your mind after delivery or no longer need the product.

  • You request cancellation after the cancellation window has expired (30 minutes).


4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must contact us through one of the following methods within 30 minutes of placing your order:

Include the following in your message:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Proof of duplicate order (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–4 business hours to confirm whether your cancellation is accepted.


5. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued via your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

If your cancellation is not eligible, we will notify you with a detailed explanation.


6. Right to Decline Cancellation

Debaugur reserves the right to reject any cancellation request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Our digital license products are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they are consumable digital goods.


7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To prevent fraud and policy abuse, Debaugur may:

  • Block or restrict cancellations on high-risk orders.

  • Require ID verification for certain cancellation requests.

  • Limit future purchases from customers with repeated cancellation abuse.
