1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales of software license keys are final and non-refundable once the product key or activation code has been delivered. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incompatibility with your system (please check system requirements beforehand)

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Claiming the product was not used or activated after delivery


2. Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances)

We only offer refunds under specific, verifiable conditions:

  • Non-delivery of the product (e.g., email failure not caused by user input error)

  • Invalid or non-working product key that cannot be resolved by support within 5 business days

  • Duplicate order (accidental duplicate charges for the same product)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

We reserve the right to investigate each case individually and make decisions at our sole discretion.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Email us at support@debaugur.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order #[Order Number]”

  2. Include your full name, order number, email address, and detailed reason for the refund

  3. Attach a screenshot or video as evidence, if applicable (e.g., error message, key not activating)

You will receive a response within 2–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Activation & Compatibility Issues

Before purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Confirm that the product is compatible with your device, hardware, or operating system

  • Ensure you meet any technical or geographical limitations

  • Follow proper installation and activation steps provided

We offer free support via email or live chat to assist with installation and activation. Refunds will not be granted due to issues caused by user error, unsupported devices, or third-party interference (e.g., antivirus, corporate policies, etc.).


5. Fraud & Abuse

To prevent abuse, we monitor all purchases and activation patterns. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The license key has been activated successfully

  • There is evidence of activation and usage on any device

  • Attempts were made to resell or transfer the license

  • You file a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us

We reserve the right to suspend customer accounts and blacklist fraudulent users.


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we will consider it a breach of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence, including:

  • IP logs and delivery confirmation

  • Download/access history

  • Order history and license activation metadata

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in blacklisting and reporting to digital product marketplaces and fraud databases.
