At Debaugur, all products sold are digital software licenses delivered electronically via email and/or direct download. We do not ship any physical goods. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how and when your product(s) will be delivered.


1. Digital Delivery Only

All items purchased from Debaugur are delivered digitally. This includes:

  • License keys for software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Intuit QuickBooks

  • Activation instructions

  • Download links (when applicable)

No physical items will be shipped, and customers are not required to wait for postal delivery.


2. Delivery Timeframe

In most cases, orders are fulfilled instantly or within 30 minutes after payment is confirmed. However, depending on the product and order volume, delivery may take:

  • Up to 1 hour during business hours

  • Up to 12–24 hours during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods

We will notify you by email once your order is processed. If you do not see your email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.


3. Email Delivery Issues

You are responsible for entering a valid and accessible email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery due to:

  • Typos or mistakes in your email address

  • Spam filter blocking our messages

  • Email inbox being full or rejecting our emails

If you do not receive your license key within the expected timeframe, contact our support team at Support@debaugur.com with your order number and proof of payment.


4. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A digital license email with your product key and instructions

Make sure to retain a copy of this information for your records. If the confirmation email is not received, please notify us immediately.


5. Download Instructions

Some products may include official download links from the software publisher (e.g., Microsoft or Intuit). In such cases, instructions will be provided to ensure proper installation and activation.

We do not host or distribute pirated or unofficial software. All download links and license keys are genuine and verifiable.


6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If you experience any delay or issue in receiving your digital order, please:

  • Double-check your email inbox and spam folder

  • Verify that payment was completed successfully

  • Contact our support team within 24–48 hours of purchase

We will re-send your license or investigate delivery status at no extra cost.
